Replacement in case of defective product
We value the choices of our customers very dearly. You are entitled to place a replacement order of the product in case you receive a damaged or defective product.
The deadline for raising a replacement request is within 5 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. Requests raised after 5 days can not be entertained by us as we are bound by SLAs with our vendors.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for replacement:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were received in the last 5 days
The goods are in the original packaging
Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible
Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product
Share images of the packaging with shipping label visible
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Replacement in case of size mismatch
Returning Goods
In case the size of the clothes does not fit the customer, even though the size of the product adheres to the size guide mentioned in the product page, you can place a replacement request to us by an email at care@kreativekorner.online. However, in this case we would require you to pay the courier fees for the reverse shipping of the product (usually between Rs 60 - 100). After receiving and verifying the product condition, we will issue a replacement order for you at no additional cost. We will arrange for the pickup of the product from your end and you will just pay us the shipping fees online.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
We can not issue a refund or replacement without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
